  • 60 minutes bodywork: $120

    75 minutes bodywork: $135

    90 minutes bodywork: $150

    Ayurvedic Consultation 90 minutes: $140

    Ayurvedic Integration Hour 60 minutes: $85

    Payment is due at the time of the session-cash, card, check or venmo.

  • Collaborative and FUN and straight forward!! I am hear to support you and be your cheerleader. I deeply believe in not forcing anything. Some of my most biggest growth moments have come when I was ready for it (as opposed to others trying to convince me to do something sooner).

    NOTE: If you are booking an Ayurvedic Consultation-please be prepared to reflect and make adjustments to your eating habits/daily habits. I will NOT be simply prescribing you an herb or magic elixir to fix your health concerns.

  • Currently Ayurvedic Consultations and Integration Hours are only available in person to allow for more of a connection.

  • I teach Flow and Power classes at Humble Warrior Power Yoga in Manchester and Bedford NH. Would love to have you come in for a class!

  • I kindly request you to provide atleast 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for no charge. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window you are responsible for 50% of the scheduled session.

    If you “no show” you are 100% responsible for the scheduled session.

    As much notice as possible if appreciated when cancelling or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding with this policy.

  • Yes, of course you can! Head over to the STORE tab on the website, there you will find digital gift cards available for 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions. Note: Gift cards are not available for Ayurvedic Consultations.
