Meg Visnaskas-New Hampshire Grown, most commonly described as" the flaming heart emoji.”

For many years Meg was considered the poster girl of YOLO. Down for anything no matter how disappointed she would be feeling the next day. She always had a craving for freedom, but got it mixed up with escapism. Through her journey with yoga, self care, talk therapy, and Ayurveda, she found herself authentically craving sobriety and owning her whole story (and all versions of herself). She felt her entire being changing, evolving and refining.

Her favorite things now are: saying no, being bold, helping others, glowing from the inside out, not asking for everyones opinion, being clear and direct, teaching yoga, helping clients, hosting book club, surfing, exploring new places, crushing the Auntie Life, and living a truly Dazzling Life.

Meg enjoys finding miracles in the mundane, as inspired by Oliver Burkeman.

Meg has immense gratitude for all her teachers who have helped her get to this point. An extra bow of gratitude to those who have knowingly and unknowingly annoyed her, triggered her, and inevitably shined a light on where her biggest inner work lays.

She is ecstatic to share this work with others to help them harness their vita tejas.

“One of my favorite topics in Yoga and Ayurveda is Tapas: a burning fire of self-discipline and austerity. Can you sit through the discomfort and friction of the fire, to make it to the other side…a new habit, a new response, and something more beautiful than you could have ever imagined.”
